The latter is a triumph of construction on the merit of its architecture and engineering. The concrete skeleton holds up the trussed steel transparent boxes, hovering above the bulky auditorium and uniting the riverside, existing features of the city in a new and breath-taking structure on view to all who enter Lisbon.
