Replete with questions and exercises to engage the reader in critical reflection of the text and to challenge students to consider these major psychological studies as more than 'textbook case studies' but historical events that present  unique ethical dilemmas and methodological inconsistencies relevant to understanding scientific and qualitative methods in the social sciences.
