It will describe the origins of acupuncture, why it is thought to work, how it fits into the treatment paradigm of musculoskeletal complaints, and what the evidence says about its efficacy for each body part. The writing will be user friendly with plenty of bulleted points. Various treatment approaches will be offered in the different sections for musculoskeletal complaints. There is currently no handbook for acupuncture
