The first edition of Cataltytic Air Pollution Control: Commercial Technology was published in 1994 and had sales approaching 2500. A second edition was published in 2002 and it also has sales approaching 2500. The third edition will cover all the new advances in technology in automotive catalyst control technology, diesel engine catalyst control technology, small engine catalyst controltechnology, alternate sustainable fuels for auto and diesel. A new chapter onthe synthesis and impact of alternative fuels (ethanol-gasoline mixtures (E-85) and bio-diesel) on emission control catalysts will also be added. The new edition will also explain how the parts that make up air pollution control technology and can be integrated into efficient optimized systems.
