Proceedings of the International Conferences EXA'08 (Exotic Atoms and RelatedTopics) and LEAP'08 (Low Energy Antiproton Physics) held from September 15th to 19th, 2008 in Vienna and hosted by the Stefan Meyer Institute for SubatomicPhysics of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
