She has previously worked with the Drinking Research Group at the University of Birmingham and helped to set up and evaluate a service for people with substance use problems within the Northern Birmingham MentalHealth Trust. Dr Tim Meynen works for the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, specialising in substance misuse treatment services attached to a number of Probation Units in south London. Tamara Morrison, Clinical Psychologist, SouthLondon and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Robert Hill, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Dr Shamil Wanigaratne was head of psychology for substance misuse services at Camden & Islington NHS Trust before he took up the post as head of psychology for the Addictions Directorate at the Bethlem and Maudsley NHS Trust in 1998. He has acted as a consultant to UK Government bodies and internationally, to a number of countries.
