Ensuring and enforcing economic, social and cultural rights

There has been a growing interest in economic, social, and cultural human rights in recent years, particularly following the adoption of the 2009 Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights(ICESCR). This book offers an in depth analysis of the United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights from an international legal perspective.
