The author provides an overview of each technique, with detailed illustrations of the relevant anatomy, technical aspects of each treatment and a description of the complications associated with these modalities. For 2e, the author will also discuss indications for each technique, as well as medical evidence on the technique's applicability. The author will work with the same artist to maintain quality images, and will add about 25% to the size of the book.
