The author of six books and over 100 articles and productions on organizational communication, Dr. Shockley-Zalabaks research interests include organizational trust and cultures as they relate to overall organizational effectiveness. She has presented to corporate audiences at Hewlett-Packard, Bristol Myers Squibb, Georgia Pacific and HarleyDavidson as well as fro associations such as IABC, CCL, ICA, NCA and International Federation of Telecommunications. Dr. Sherwyn Morreale is a faculty member in the Department of Communication at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Dr. Morreales main research and teaching interests include organizational communication, communication theory, business and professional communication, instructional communication, public speaking,, and the assessment of communication competence. Her research has appeared in the Basic Communication Course Annual, Communication Education, The Communicator, Education, the Journal ofthe Association for Communication Administration, and The Successful Professor and she is the lead author of two communication textbooks. Dr. Morreale has also served as the Associate Director for the National Communication Association (NCA), the oldest and largest association of professors in the communication discipline in the world. Both Drs. Shockley and Morreale are members of National Communication Association, International Communication Association, and International Assn for Business Communicators.
