Electrical characterization of organic electronicmaterials and devices

The book will give new insights into the electronic properties and measurement techniques for low-mobility electronic devices and will aid understanding ofelectronic measurements on organic electronic materials. It will start with general concepts such as energy diagrams and devices such as resistors, thin-film transistors and photovoltaics. Subsequent chapters will focus on two terminal devices and DC measurements, admittance spectroscopy and transient techniques, respectively. Time of flight techniques will be covered in the next chapter. The final chapter of the book will describe thin-film transistors includingthe basic model, contacts, contact effects and the effects of traps.
