It discusses how a new architectural approach is required to achieve all the value that SOA has to offer. Part Two--Defines SOA-Enterprise Architecture Framework and the methodology that uses this framework. It also discusses how to integrate and leverage existing enterprise architecture assets into this new framework. Part Three--Defines the SOA processes and practices with the methodology that need to be implemented to affect the paradigm shift throughout the corporation and realize SOAs advantages. It defines the different types of resources and skills needed with the company to transform the organization and effectively manage the transformation. It also redefines the roles and responsibilities of the business participants in the SOA application development process. Part Four--this part provides information on how to assess a companys SOA maturity and how to use that assessment to develop the SOA Business Strategy and Roadmap to implement the SOA Model and Practice defined in the book.
