Energy Management in Wireless Sensor Networks addresses the issue of managing energy consumption during the design and implementation of a Wireless Sensor Network, (WSN). Ensuring efficient operation with an increase in network longevity by limiting only a hardware solution is insufficient, so it is therefore necessary to turn to other software solutions that help master the use of information from its source, through delivery, to its final destination, taking into account the intrinsic characteristics of the sensors, i.e., low capacity storage, and computing power and its associated energy constraints. Explores ways to manage energy consumption during the design and implementation of WSNHelps users implement an increase in network longevityPresents intrinsic characteristics of the sensors INDICE: 1.
